Where have I been? I have been at college. And very, very busy. I have a job which on top of my full time school work (12 credit hours should equate to 36 hours of studying. Yes, you read that right.) has me working between 25 and 30 hours a week. I have had to seek tutoring for chem 2, I have a term paper due next month in geography that I've barely had time to work on because chem has been so very difficult and required so much focus, and I have a zoology exam in three days. Two of my roommates (technically one roommate and his girlfriend who sleeps over five to six nights a week but doesn't pay rent) are driving me crazy, not just with their late nights of watching movies very loudly (and I have very good hearing and am a light sleeper) but also with how very little they contribute to the house. Since I moved in I have bought two 12 packs of soda and three two liters, and have had no qualms with sharing. They bought two two liters just now, the first contribution to the public supplies of the house since my tenure began, but complained when I got one, very small, glass of said soda after the other roommate (who is very nice) had had some as well. They want the second two liter to be for "just them". It's not labeled and in the public cabinet. They also have an adorable, hyperactive kitten of whom they do not seem to be particularly fond. In fact, whenever I do see them notice the poor creature, it is usually with an attitude of annoyance.

Roommate issues aside, I have been so busy I have only gotten one drawing sketched out and partially lined. I am in the mood for writing, though. Unfortunately, I don't have any particular story I feel needs telling. I need to decide on an end for my Painful Elements story, and flesh out parts of it, but other than that there's not much more to do with it. And even then I have so much other stuff I could be doing for school it makes it hard to focus because of the guilt of shirking my responsibility, even for the sake of fun and sanity. Stupid responsibility. I'm very very relieved that spring break is the week after next, because I've been having to decide between sleeping or studying on any given night. I will be cutting my hours at work after spring break so as to not have that issue.

A woman from my parents' church, who was very kind to me when I was younger but from whom I had grown distant in recent years died a couple days ago.
My best friend and sister, who has been behaving quite oddly and worryingly lately has finally opened up to me again, which I must say is quite a relief because I've missed her a great deal.
I've joined the local SCA and am attending an event next week, which should be fun.

Sadly, that's most of the news in my life. Rather dull as a whole, I'm afraid.
